Microwave Technology
With over 40 years experience Stable Precision Engineering are one of the leading manufacturers and suppliers of high quality milled housings, enclosures and chassis to aerospace, road, rail, communications and aviation industries as well as to many other commercial organisations.
We are able to provide components for one off projects or small batches through to large projects requiring many thousands of units.
Our four decades of experience in the engineering industry has established our reputation for quality precision CNC milling and turning. We regularly work with design engineers at the research and development stages of a project and can offer advice on reducing costs by improving machining times without compromising on quality.
We manufacture a wide range of components in many different materials including brass, copper and aluminium, finished to exact tolerances.
Hydraulics
The cleanliness of manifold blocks before their assembly is essential to ensure the end product's performance. At Stable Precision Engineering we produce and deliver only the highest quality products and ensure that our components are extensively cleaned and packaged before shipping them to you.
We have a full range of tooling available and can incorporate cartridge type cavities such as SUN Hydraulics, Eaton, Bucher, and Hydraforce etc. Additionally, we have extensive cavity tooling for most of the major hydraulic fittings as well as SAE and BSP port tooling.
When required we can also produce custom tooling for bespoke fittings.
